Rogue One: A Star Wars Story review

This was a risky movie: a movie about the people that steal the plans to the Death Star; why so? Because my biggest concern was making me care and be invested at the same time; but thank goodness for great characters and strong writing; but the thing that annoyed me was first act, excluding the opening sequence, was lame and hard to understand which characters to like and care about and build connection;

Other than that the film is fantastic!! Iconic characters such as Governer Tarkin, Darth Vader, Mon mothma And others (spoilers!!) and the effects, vehicle designs, production designs and acting are superb! I grade it a 3 out 4 stars!

Ghostbusters 2016 re-review

I rewatched; and saw the whole thing this time; and..... it's passable; the cast is fine and acting but there are many cringeworthy moments and unfunny moments and detours and plot holes; and the first two acts are just lame origin and filler. But what holds it up are the tech, some of the ghost designs, Erin's story of the ghost she experienced as a child, the family bits, and that third act is great; 

Overall the movie is ok and I give it a 2 out of four stars.

There! I hope y'all are happy! I promise to watch a movie all the way next time

 A 10 round drum pump action blaster with slam fire! What's not to love? but it's a pain to reload. It gets two thumbs up from me!

Call of duty black ops 3: I love treyarchs call of duty games but I think I have now played a stinker. I really dislike ghosts. And I take it all back now. this games multiplayer just feels too fast paced. The black market is stupid and no fun cause u can't earn anything. And  it cost money and can cause gambling addiction. There is so much camping and unfair balancing it's pathetic. The shotguns are underpowered once again. I thought after black ops 2 it made sense to give shotguns a break on always be close range but even so the weapon balancing is sad and lack of unique pistols special weapons and also lack of burst and semi auto rifles just sucks :(

And who thought it was a good idea to make knives unlockable?! Plus the hardcore mode is flawed, friendly score streaks can cause people to get kicked if teammates are hit, there are constant not one hit kills (in a mode where u die in one hit) and some scores streaks are unfairly over powered, such as the RAPs

Halo 5 guardians: what a waste. No offline mode, a team based single player, no splitscreen and stupid cards in order to use the vehicles, and most of the weapons?! And no forge at release?! Really Microsoft? That's unacceptable. 

Star Wars battlefront EA: (to be fair and honest I never played this game, because I was suspicious of the lack of weapons and vehicles before it came out..) man was this game a huge bomb. Why did u give the Star Wars license to electronic arts, a company that is moviated by making half finished  games and greed? Maybe it's because you shouldn't have elimated Lucas arts!

Sorry I just love that part of the famous 1996 speech. Now onto the review. To be fair it's a very cheesy but entertaining flick. It had good and funny moments. It was like the first film. But I wish it had Will Smith, Mae Whitman and Adam Baldwin. :(  but it's definitely the best Roland Emmerich Film in a while. I give it a two out of four stars. It's pretty average.
